I live in Durhamville and with the severe thunderstorms a couple of weeks ago the team stop to see if I was in need of help with trees down in my yard. Some came out of ground ,some were broke off way up and hanging in tree next to that one. Anyway they gave me a Quote and said they would be back in a day or day and one half. They were here and they did an excellent job cutting and cleaning up afterwards. They did such a great job , i am glad to pass on the number and name of the team to others.

We live in East Utica and had a tree limb, a LARGE tree limb come partially down from our 200 year old silver maple, half was still attached to the tree, the other half was on my shed. It was a Sunday morning and about 95 degrees out with a thunderstorm predicted for the afternoon. Gerry showed up with is crew and took it down on Sunday, then pointed out another weak limb which I agreed needed to be taken down both limbs weighed about a ton. He showed up on the 4th of July and took care of all my tree worries in about 4 hours. God Bless Him and his crew........ I would give Heritage my HIGHEST Recommendation.

We hired Heritage Logging for the logging on our property for two reasons. The most important was that we had trees which were within a dangerous distance from the house on the property. The rain and age of the tree same made it critical to remove them. The second was that it was also time to harvest trees onto the rest of the property. I found Heritage Logging online and from the first conversation with Gerry I felt that I could trust my property to his capable hands. I live in California and my property is rented out so I especially appreciate the professional and ethical way Heritage Logging handled the job. I will definitely be hiring them again.

I cannot say enough great things about Gerry Rockwell and the Heritage Logging Crew. He exceeded my expections as a logger/arborist, a business man, and his work ethic. He came to my property on a Thursday and took almost 2 hours to explain everything, walk around and educate me on my trees and form a game plan as I was looking to remove 14 large Maple and Hickory trees to open up my backyard. He called me 2 days later and asked if I could be there Monday morning. He took the time to be careful not to damage the lawn, he moved any obstacles in the way. He moved my childrens swingset, limbed some dead branches on other trees, used his skidsteer to backblade the moss and ruts caused by the skid steer and felling of the logs. He cleaned up the site, and blew away all the debris and sawdust. He left that yard as clean as it could have been for having half the trees taken down. The whole time he stopped and checked with me, spoke with me, educated me. He's an honest, extremely fair man who went the extra mile, and he now has a customer for life. Thank you Gerry!

Gerry and Heritage Logging made quick work out of my large maple tree which overhung the house. While working, he made sure not to damage the house or patio below the tree limbs. Branches were cut and chipped along the way and the chippings were cleaned to my satisfaction. Once the tree was cut down, the stump was ground down and Gerry came back to topsoil and seed the disturbed area. The grass grew quickly and I am very happy with the results. I will recommend Gerry to anyone looking for tree service. His price and workmanship cannot be beat.
